Cancellation Policy
MATCHMAKING SERVICE AGREEMENT 1. Services Provided- Matchmaker agrees to provide personalized matchmaking services to the Client, which may include but are not limited to: * Initial consultation and profile creation * Introduction to potential matches * Feedback and coaching after each introduction * Search and vetting of compatible matches * Unlimited Mingling Events * Classes for improving your chances 2. Terms of Agreement This Agreement shall begin on the date the agreement is signed and shall remain in effect for a period of 3 months, unless terminated earlier according to Section 7. 3. Fees and Payment Client agrees to pay a fee of $299 for matchmaking services. Payment is due in full upfront after the complementary interview. 4. Client Responsibilities Client agrees to: * Provide truthful and accurate information * Attend scheduled introductions/ dates and respond to communications * Treat all potential matches with respect and confidentiality * A complete background check
