Cancellation Policy
MATCHMAKING SERVICE AGREEMENT 1. Services Provided The Matchmaker agrees to provide personalized matchmaking services to the Client, which may include but are not limited to: * Initial consultation and profile creation * Introduction to potential matches * Feedback and coaching after each introduction * Search and vetting of compatible matches * Unlimited Mingling Events * Classes for improving your chances 2. Terms of Agreement This Agreement shall begin on the date the agreement is signed and shall remain in effect for a period of 3 months, unless terminated earlier according to Section 7. 3. Fees and Payment Client agrees to pay a fee of $299 for matchmaking services. Payment is due in full upfront after the complementary interview. 4. Client Responsibilities Client agrees to: * Provide truthful and accurate information * Attend scheduled introductions and respond to communications * Treat all potential matches with respect and confidentiality * A complete background check * 3 personal references 5. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all personal and sensitive information shared during the course of the services. The Client shall not share information about potential matches without prior consent. 6. No Guarantee The Matchmaker does not guarantee that the Client will find a romantic partner, enter into a relationship, or achieve any particular result. The service is based on compatibility and effort from both parties. 7. Termination Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice. If the Client terminates early, fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Matchmaker may terminate the agreement if the Client engages in inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior. 8. Dispute Resolution In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. 9. Entire Agreement This document represents the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements. No amendments shall be valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.
